Your order will take 1-3 working days to be dispatched for items available in stock. For orders placed before 1pm on a business day we aim to ship on the same day, provided card security checks are completed, payment is received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped on the following business day.
Orders Received on Sunday or on/during holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. There may be processing and shipping delays during busy periods such as holidays or during unforeseen circumstances.
For items not in stock, it could take 2-6 weeks for the item to be dispatched. We will communicate the exact time that will be taken to dispatch the order to the Customer.
Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes directly.
Orders to be shipped to military addresses or rural domestic addresses will require one or more additional delivery days.
Orders that require engraving or any kind customization will require additional time and will be shipped within 15 working days.
For shipments delivered to certain states/cities domestically, the customer’s state may charge an extra duty / taxes over and above the price of the item as per the state government’s regulations. These charges are beyond our control and cannot be reimbursed. They would have to be borne by the customer. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.
Currently, international shipping is enabled for select destinations. Please check the shipping options in your order to check the shipping costs shown for your destination. Else, please place the order and contact us to know the exact shipping costs for your location.

An email containing the tracking information for your package will be sent after the shipment is dispatched if such a service is provided by the courier/shipping company.
Once the order is placed, the customer is only allowed to cancel the order before it is shipped. To cancel your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team at email@example.com by sending an email mentioning your Order Number. Please note that once the order is shipped, you will have to set up a return request if you do not need the toy.
In case of Gift Certificate
Skola Gift Cards cannot be cancelled after purchase. However, a User can request for an extension of expiry date within 3 days of purchase. The request for extension will be entertained solely at the discretion of Skola Toys Pvt. Ltd.
Cancellation of Order by Skola Toys
Skola Toys reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. 100% payment shall be refunded and the Buyer shall be informed of the same.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the Buyer (i.e. wrong or incomplete name, address, recipient not being available or any other related reason) any extra cost incurred by Skola Toys for re-delivery shall be claimed from the Buyer.
Replacement/ Return Policy by Skola Toys
We have a no-questions-asked return policy within 10 days of receipt of goods. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +91 9845982660 in the case of returns.
In order to get a replacement, email us your Order Number and specify the reason for the replacement on email@example.com. A replacement request must be made within 10 days of receipt.
Once the return of product and replacement has been confirmed by us, we will arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. You are requested to send the item back to us only after receiving our confirmation for the return. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.
There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items within the stipulated time.
In the case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during any of the three attempts, due to the recipient not being available/premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order.
In the case of perishable items or custom-made non-perishable items, neither Skola Toys nor our enabling partners will be able to accept any returns or replacement
Refund Policy by Skola Toys
If the item sent for replacement is not available, we will try to give the customer best possible alternatives. However, customer’s choice will be final.
If the order is confirmed by us and we are not able to ship the product on time, we will give refunds to the customer if the customer demands the same.
100% refund will be given by Skola Toys, if the product ordered is unavailable or if Skola Toys is unable to ship the order.
In case the products are to be couriered but the delivery address is outside the service area, 100% refund will be given.
All refunds once agreed to, will be processed through NEFT within 3 working days after receipt of returned goods (in the case of damaged products), confirmation of cancellation by customer or inability of Skola Toys to ship the products within the time mentioned under the shipping section.

Every item in your order is sold by Skola Toys Pvt. Ltd.
Items for shipment to countries outside of India may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees.
With respect to each item for which import duty fees have been calculated, you authorize Skola Toys to designate a courier company or freight forwarder to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and process and remit your actual import duty fees for said items. The import duty may be collected by the Courier Company on or before delivery.
For products shipped internationally, please note:
Any manufacturer warranty may not be valid
Manufacturer service options may not be available
Product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country’s languages
The products may not be designed in accordance with the destination country’s specifications and labeling requirements and the products may not conform to destination country standards.
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Skola Toys, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Your privacy is important to us and we know you care about how information about your order is used and shared.
We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.
We may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs and/or postal authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
About Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 10 days of receipt of your goods. Skola Toys does not reimburse any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on shipments. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We will refund the purchase price paid for the item, but we will not refund any shipping costs, duties, fees, or taxes. In addition, Skola Toys reserves the right to charge you for any import duty or taxes paid while goods are returned and we are charged by custom department for recovering the returned package. You are responsible for all the costs associated with returning the goods back to us. Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item.
Note: The shipment of any returned product that might be shipped if there's a problem with the original shipment. If you return a product to us, you'll be the exporter from the original shipping destination responsible for compliance with all export laws of that country. Title and risk of loss transfer to us upon receipt at our warehouse.
When you return goods, please mark your parcel as "returned goods" otherwise it may get held up at customs which will cause your refund to be delayed.
Shipping Returned Merchandise
We recommend shipping returned merchandise via courier or insured parcel post for tracking purposes. Skola Toys does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We do not refund shipping or insurance costs.
Refund for an item sent by international delivery?
Refunds for goods returned under our policy are made to the credit, debit, or charge card or wire transfer to account used originally charges or paid for order. Please allow adequate time from the time we receive the returned goods.
An email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.
